5 Plank to reverse plank
5 Grasshoppers

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Wall climbs

10 Up-downs

5 Plank to reverse plank (forward + back = 1)

10 Grasshoppers (right + left = 1)

Recovery
Short Stretching and Mobility Sequence
