Monday's WOD


Warm-up
From cone to cone:
Big steps
High knees
Glute kick
Cross-overs
High kicks

10 Wallballs (be sure to hit new height)
10 Sumo deadlift high-pulls 

Then as a group:
Burgerner Warm-up

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill
5x3 Clean and Jerks

WOD
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Sumo deadlift high pulls (75/45)
16 Wall ball shots (20/14)

Recovery
Stretching and recovery sequence
