Warm-up
Run 400m
Stretching drills (big step, high kick, squat walk, barbell  twists, etc.)
Snatch warm-up

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill (After WOD)
Power snatch 3x5

WOD
Snatch one rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.

Recovery
Short yoga sequence
