Warm-up
20 Ring rows
20 Push-ups
20 OHS w/PVC
20 Sit-ups
Light sled pull

Strength/Skill (after WOD)
400m Sled pull x2

WOD
"Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Recovery
Short yoga sequence
