Warm-up
500m Row then two rounds of:
10 Barbell Back Squat
7 Jumping Pull Up
5 Push Up

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill
Back squat 3x5

WOD
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 

7 Handstand push-ups

12 L-Pull-ups

Recovery
Short yoga sequence
