Warm-up
Run 800m
10 Pull-ups
15 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups

Then use dumbbells to practice five of each movement in “DT”

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill
Weighted pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

WOD
“DT”
Five rounds for time of:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang power cleans
6 Push jerk

Recovery
Short yoga sequence
