Warm-up
50 Jumping jacks
10 Push-ups
20 Lunges
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats

Stretching as needed…

WOD
In honor of "Jeremy"
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:

Broomstick Overhead squats (Use weight if you have it)
Burpees

Strength/Skill
Work on holding handstands

Recovery
Stretch
