Murph Tomorrow!

Bring your track shoes and warm clothes to the box tomorrow morning... we will honor our veterans by doing "Murph" tomorrow... One mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, one mile run... (Remember, this can be scaled).
