Warm-up

10 Ring rows
10 Jumping pull-ups
10 Pull-ups
Shoulder prep
20 KBS (hard “pop” up)

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill [5:30 Strength]
Back Squat 3x5
Shoulder Press 3x5
[Power Clean 3x5]

WOD
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Recovery
Eagle pose
Shoulder mobility and lat pulling
