Group Class for Wednesday at 5:30 pm

Warm-up
25 Ball slams then:
3 Rounds of
10 Push press
10 KBS
10 Thrusters
with the same KB

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill
Deadlift 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1

WOD
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
Ground to overhead

Total the number of reps by the weight lifted.

Recovery
Foam roller and balls
4 min. stretch
