Group Class for Tuesday at 5:30 pm


Warm-up
2 minutes of jump rope then:
10 DB Deadlift (light)
10 Ring rows
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
10 Supermen
10 Dips
1 minutes of jump rope

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill
Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps

WOD
For time:
25 Pull-ups

50 Kettlebell swings 

75 Sit-ups

50 Push-ups

25 Front squats

50 Back Extensions

25 Handstand push-ups

25 Hang squat cleans
25 Knees to elbows

25 Dips

25 Snatches

75 Sit-ups

Recovery
Foam roller to back, use balls to roll shoulders
2 min. stretching hamstrings
2 min. each leg pigeon pose
