50 Jumping Jacks then:
15 Pull-ups
20 Sit-ups
20 Box jumps
10 DB Shoulder press

Stretching and discussing class for the day

Strength/Skill
Bench Press 5-5-5-5
Work on Hang Squat Cleans

WOD
Five rounds for time of:
10 Hang Squat Cleans
15 Push-ups, Double-release

Recovery
10 min. Yoga sequence
