then,

21 Wall ball shots (20 to 10'/14 to 9')
21 Toes-to-bar
then,
200 foot Farmer carry, 50# dumbbells
28 Burpee box jumps (24/20")
200 foot Farmer carry, 50# dumbbells
3 Muscle-ups
