Four rounds for time of:
30 Dumbbell ground to overhead (35/20/15) (DB's must touch floor each rep.
Row 200 meters

******20 Burpee penalty if DB's are dumped on floor!!!!! DB's chew up the concrete. Bad, bad, bad!*****
