For time:
50 Thrusters (95/65)
25 Ring dips
50 Clean and jerks (95/65)
25 Chest to bar pull-ups
50 Deadlifts (95/65)
30 minute cap. At time, total reps.
Then within 10 minutes...
Once to failure for reps:
Shoulder press to push press at WOD weight (no jerking, clean from ground).
Then within 20 minutes after the WOD find 1-rep max clean and jerk.
